Terms of Service

Last updated: February 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the GoEasyChat platform, operated by Gexp Software S.A., you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

GoEasyChat is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to manage WhatsApp Business conversations with multiple agents from a centralized interface. The service includes conversation management, agent assignment, message templates, contacts, teams, and reports.

3. Accounts and access

  • Each client company receives an isolated environment (tenant) with its own subdomain.
  • Administrators are responsible for managing their agents' accounts and maintaining credential confidentiality.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or WhatsApp/Meta's terms of use.

4. Acceptable use

The user agrees to:

  • Comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta messaging policies.
  • Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content.
  • Not attempt to access data from other tenants or unauthorized accounts.
  • Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the software.
  • Use the platform solely for legitimate customer service purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and content of GoEasyChat is the property of Gexp Software S.A. The client retains ownership of their data and conversations.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the platform continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on the availability of Meta's WhatsApp Business API, over which we have no control.

7. Limitation of liability

GoEasyChat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions caused by third parties (Meta, infrastructure providers, etc.).

8. Privacy and data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Each tenant has isolated data and can only access its own information.

9. Cancellation and refunds

GoEasyChat payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also accept Paddle's Terms and Conditions.

  • Right of cancellation (14 days): You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, without needing to provide a reason. Upon cancellation within this period, you will be refunded the full amount using the same payment method, within no more than 14 days from the cancellation notification.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel, contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will be effective on the next payment date. No refunds are offered for unused subscription periods after the 14-day period.
  • Plan change: When downgrading to a lower plan, the adjustment applies in the next billing period.

Upon cancellation, client data will be deleted within 90 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. To request a cancellation or refund, write to [email protected].

10. Data retention

Starter and Team plans include 12 months of conversation history and file attachments. After this period, data is automatically deleted. The Enterprise plan allows custom retention periods. Clients may request data export before deletion by contacting [email protected].
